Ashley Lee – Founder & CEO

Ashley Lee is the Founder and CEO of AC Lee Construction, a company specializing in custom homes and home remodels throughout the Triangle area. With nearly two decades of experience in residential construction, Ashley is known for his patient, personal approach, attentive listening, and exceptional eye for design ensuring each project reflects his clients’ unique vision.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business, Ashley began his career working with his father, a surveyor and business owner. Later he spent six years as a project manager with Pulte Homes. In 2009, he launched AC Lee Construction, building a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and client-focused service.

Ashley’s expertise spans custom home construction, kitchen and bathroom remodels, full home renovations, new builds, and home additions. He is Lead Certified, OSHA 30-Hour Certified, and a past president of the Johnston County Building Industry Association. Ashley has also been recognized with five Parade of Homes awards for excellence in design and construction as well as actively serving on his church building committee.

A proud father of two, Ashley enjoys CrossFit, golf, coaching youth football, and spending quality time with his family. His wife, a local realtor and brokerage owner, shares his passion for helping families create their dream homes.

Founded in June 2009, A.C. Lee Construction, Inc. has remained successful during a turbulent economy. This success is due to our repeat referrals and word of mouth advertising. Lee Construction, Inc. prides itself on high energy efficiency levels and top notch quality homes. A.C.
